Admission Fees

HOURLY FEE

September 1 – November 15, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

April 15 – August 31, 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Single, Non-Commercial Vehicle (up to 10 passengers) Zone #79889 – $2/hour (plus app service fee)

Visitors are able to pay the Seasonal Admission Fee using their smart phones through ParkMobile (external link opens in new tab). For those who visit frequently, the ParkMobile app can be set up in advance. When entering space number in ParkMobile, do not include the “A.”

Visitors who need to pay using cash may do so at the yellow “Iron Ranger” at both the Base (located near the trailhead) and Summit (near the sign for the Big A Trail). Follow all posted instructions; top portion of envelope must be displayed on dashboard of vehicle. Change is not available. Please plan accordingly.

Spaces are available on a first-come first-served basis upon arrival and parking is not guaranteed. Spaces cannot be reserved.

There is no Hourly Admission Fee from November 16 – April 14. However, DONATIONS (link will open in new tab) are always welcome and appreciated!  Thank you for considering!

GROUP FEE

Year-Round

All organized groups and parties of 10+ must register in advance using our Group Registration form all year-round. We will work with registered groups to determine an appropriate fee, if applicable, based on group size and planned usage. Registered groups must display a parking pass that will be sent in advance or can be picked up day-of visit.

Non-registered groups must pay a flat rate upon arrival:

  • Half bus, van (10-35 passengers) Zone #79890 – $50
  • Large bus (36+ passengers) Zone #79891 – $100

Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

SEASON PASS (Non-Resident)

Passes are available for purchase online and are valid for the calendar year of purchase, while hourly admission fee is active.

  • Non-Resident Pass – $100
  • South Berwick Resident Pass – $70
  • Senior (65+) and Active Military/Veteran Pass – $50

YORK RESIDENT

A motor vehicle bearing a valid York Parking Permit is exempt from day fees.
Permits are available for purchase through York Town Hall (external link opens in new tab).
