Groups

All organized groups and any parties of ten or more are required to fill out the form below before visiting Mount Agamenticus. Please be as thorough as possible.

Note: There is no indoor or sheltered space available for general group use or private functions; the Learning Lodge is available seasonally on weekdays  for school & camp group visits (based on staff availability and group size), and other pre-scheduled groups for educational visits and guided programs only.

The information you provide will allow us to determine applicable fees, as well as better track the activities that take place here and help ensure careful stewardship of the land. Furthermore, we will be better able to assist you plan your visit, verify that there are adequate staff and facilities (e.g. parking, restrooms, etc.) and ensure there are no conflicts with other groups or activities.

Group Use fees are based on group size, impact and planned usage. Proceeds from Group Registration fees go directly toward the upkeep of the trails, facilities, and our educational outreach efforts.

Those wishing to conduct a group event, or an activity not covered by our Site Rules and Regulations will be asked to apply for a Special Use Permit from the Mount Agamenticus Steering Committee.

You will receive a notification when your Registration Form has been received. If a Special Use Permit is warranted, you will then be requested to fill out and send in the full application.







    Note: By filling out this form you are merely providing the Mount Agamenticus Steering Committee with information and requesting permission to hold this event/activity. All rules, regulations, requirements, planning and conditions related to this application are your responsibility.

    Upon receipt of this completed form you will be contacted by the Conservation Office to confirm your registration and determine your fee.
