The Friends of Mount Agamenticus is honored to be one of the January 2022 charities, along with the Seacoast Child Advocacy Center, chosen by The Fabulous Find!

The Fabulous Find, is a beautifully merchandized boutique-style resale shop at 139 State Rd. (Route One) in Kittery. All profits for the month of January 2022 will be donated to these two charities selected by the board for this month.

The Fabulous Find opened in mid-July of 2010 and, with tremendous support from the community. In 11 years, they have given out over $2 million to more than 150 local non-profits.

With their assistance and yours, Friends of Mount A will be able to assist in refreshing and supplementing the Learning Lodge exhibits and other experiences planned for the upcoming seasons.

Thrifting has become even more popular over the past several years as consumers became increasingly conscious of the way their purchases impact their environment. Thrift stores offer a way to reduce our carbon footprint while supporting the community. Additionally, by donating your gently used items (please check details on The Fabulous Find website), you can clear out your surplus items and get organized for the new year – all while helping these worthy organizations!

So please consider shopping and/or donating at The Fabulous Find where you can find almost anything you might want or need while supporting Friends of Mount Agamenticus and the other deserving non-profits serving our community.
