The 4th Annual Mt. A Trail Challenge is going virtual! In order to put the health of our community first and in an abundance of caution, York Parks & Recreation and the Mount Agamenticus Conservation Team have made the decision to have a Virtual Race in 2020. We are working to make the best of a difficult situation while still offering our loyal participants and supporters an opportunity to stay healthy and engaged. We hope you still join us, no matter where you are.
Most virtual challenges give participants a week to complete the distance, but because we’d love for you to visit us at Mount A, we’re giving participants the entire month of September. For a single registration fee of $20 (plus admin fees), you can participate in a 5K and/or 1 Mile; that means you can pick the distance(s), use our trails at the mountain or in your own neighborhood.
Registration is now available online via Run Signup.
Last year’s race times, course descriptions and trail maps are available here.
➤ To align with COVID-19 one-way guidance in place on both Ring and the Big A trails, we’ve reversed course direction!

Anyone who registers by September 1st will receive a free challenge shirt. York locals can pick up their shirts and those participating from afar will have them mailed. Shirts will be available no later than September 18th!
As always, all funds raised go right back into our conservation & education efforts here at Mount Agamenticus.
We hope you consider joining us this year, because virtually, anything is possible.
