Mount Agamenticus Summit – 21 Mount Agamenticus Road, York ME

Celebrate Earth Day with an evening hike at Mount A! Our route will begin at the summit, taking the Big A trail west to Fisher. Fisher Trail will take us down to Ring, then we’ll hike on Ring almost all the way around to return to the summit via Blueberry Bluff. Distance is just over 1.75 miles. Moderate difficulty, finishes with a steep rocky climb. Limited to 15 participants.

A program fee of $8 per person directly supports the work of the Mount Agamenticus Conservation Program. Admission is included (all participants will receive a pass upon arrival; daily admission fee is active until 7:00 PM). Registration is required. If you would prefer to pay by cash in person the evening of the event, please reach out to ndensmore@yorkmaine.org to reserve your spot. Please also reach out if this program is of interest, but cost is prohibitive!

Gate operations for April 22: Sunset is 7:33 PM. Please plan to leave the summit by 8:00 PM for gate closure.
