Mount Agamenticus Summit – 21 Mount Agamenticus Road, York ME

This program is for beginner and first-time youth hikers (with their grown-ups)! Through a variety of fun games and hands-on activities in our summit Learning Lodge, new hikers will receive an overview of the 7 Principles of Leave No Trace, with a focus on Principle #1, “Plan Ahead and Prepare.” We’ll then work together using everything we’ve learned to plan a short group hike on First Hill Trails. We’ll hit the trails with kids in the lead, taking plenty of time to explore along the way!

Program dates are June 22 (for ages 5 & 6) OR June 29 (for ages 7 & 8). If you are registering as a single family with multiple children in different age categories, please choose whichever date works best for you! Registration is available online.

The cost of this program is $20 per child/guardian pair, plus $5 for any additional person (child or adult). Admission is included in the cost of the program (all participants will receive a day pass).
