Conservation Crew: Conservation crew members will conduct stewardship and outreach projects that protect the natural resources, enhance the Summit Park, and maintain sustainable recreational access.  Work includes trail and boardwalk remediation, maintaining shrubland and native habitats, leading volunteer work groups, and improving the landscape and parking areas including litter pickup, gardening, light carpentry, and painting. Approximate employment dates: mid-May through the end of August; hours per week: 32; wages: $13-$15/hour.

Internship Program: This Internship Program is a work/learning experience for students interested in environmental education, natural resource protection, stewardship, and parks & recreation management. Interns may also participate in assisting Conservation Crew with stewardship tasks.
